WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Our products are made to order so we will usually need 2 days to shop, cook the food and cool it down.
We are a boutique business and orders are subject to availability. Therefore we recommend to place orders as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Once your online order has been submitted, your will receive a confirmation email with your invoice attached including our bank details for bank transfer (we cannot take card payment).
Cash payments are accepted for collections only.
All orders must be paid for on delivery or collection.
I HAVE SOME INTOLERANCE & ALLERGIES, ARE YOU ABLE TO COOK FOR ME?
Although we will do our best to accommodate any requests, we are cooking from a home kitchen where all kinds of ingredients (nuts, seeds, gluten, eggs, fish...) are constantly used so we cannot guarantee any allergy-free zone.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
The date and time will be arranged prior delivery/collection.
Friday dinner orders will be delivered before the start of Shabbat, usually before 2pm in the winter and by 6pm in the summer.
Saturday lunch orders will have to be collected or delivered on Fridays before Shabbat
IS YOUR KITCHEN KOSHER?
All ingredients used are kosher but we are not supervised and therefore do not have a herchsher.
All meaty and milky products are kept separate using 2 different sinks, dishwashers, ovens, hobs and separate crockery.
All dishes and utensils have been immersed in the mikvah.
All meat is purchased through North London kosher butchers
All fish used is kosher and furthermore contains fins & scales
Only white eggs are used
Only kosher alcohol/vinegar are used

We deliver free of charge within 2 miles radius from Finchley, N3 (minimum order £50)
From 2 to 3 miles: £10
From 3 to 5 miles: £15
From 5 to 10 miles: £22
From 10 to 15 miles: £28
Congestion Charge Zone: £30
